How to Stop standalone Service and subscription lines from invoicing in Oracle R12

Hi Team,

The standalone service or subscription lines (eg:-software subscriptions) are getting closed once the sales order is Booked in the oracle. Since no shipping involved for these lines , the lines are directly going to closed status even before shipping our product (software need to be installed in this product) to the customer. And holds like 'Invoicing hold' 'close line' are not stopping these lines from invoicing and closing.

Please let me know if there is anyway to stop the service and subscription lines from getting invoiced.
