Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I have configured Service Modules for new Operating Unit and testing end-to-end process.

We are geeting an error while creating Order from Service Requests and Parts Requirement.

Error Message is "The following required field does not have a value: CUSTOMER_UOM".

We have CRP1 session scheduled in 2 days, please assit with identifying and solving this issue ASAP.
