Calculating FLSA

in Payroll and OTL - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hello,

We are on oracle 12.2.6.

We ran into an issue and believe it has to deal with the formula.

Part of where we suspect the formula to be incorrect is below.

This is including an employee who is hourly and exempt who is getting paid overtime, when they should be getting paid FLSA. I have checked the job description and confirmed the job is exempt.

What else am I missing? I want to use the salary name instead of the basis since all employees are in 'Hourly Salary'. Would this still be ASG_SALARY_BASIS or PER_PAY_BASES? I'm not sure where ASG_SALARY_BASIS came in play.
