Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. wrong "ABS_UNITS" coming in "ANC_PER_ABS_PLAN_ENTRIES" table

ANC_PER_ABS_PLAN_ENTRIES not showing correct behaviour as it is giving 0 hrs when putting 8 hrs in the oracle fusion UI,

but in table showing 0, For previous entries for same user it was not the case.
