Installing SentinelOne on Oracle virtual Manager (OVM)

We would like to know what Oracles general recommendations are (for or against) installing SentinelOne AV on Oracle VM Manager hosts (Version: 3.4.5.1919 Build: 20180530_1919)

Considering that when you log into a OVM host the message you see seems to advise that Any changes are Not Recommended. 

Message = "Warning: making manual modifications in the management domain might cause inconsistencies between Oracle VM Manager and the server." 

Please advise?
