P6 User Management report

I am curious about how other people are managing their Active User lists. Our organization is trying to improve user management by deactivating accounts with users who have not signed in for more than 180 days or 90 days. 

We have attempted to use the User Report, but its information is inaccurate. We have also tried using the report from IDCS, but it lacks the option to export the data in a CSV format. Additionally, it does not allow us to filter out certain information we need, such as recently created or already disabled accounts. 

We were wondering if there is a way to perform these tasks in bulk, as we have found that we have to do them manually, one by one.
