Need procedure to move from ASMLib and AFD to Udev or raw devices

From Oracle RAC 19.20+, I am looking to move away from ASMlib and AFD to either just raw or Udev devices for my storage. I want to keep my ASM disks in tact, not wipe them out. Can someone point me to a procedure to migrate safely in this direction? TYIA.
