Prereq for patch

in Procurement - EBS (MOSC) 2 comments

Hi All ,

Oracle suggest to me to apply the patch 34619183: In Oracle Purchasing , Amount released on GBPA is correct for Purchase orders with cancelled shipments, to solve one problem that I am having in my customer , but I didn´t find the prereqs to aplly this patch . Do anyone knows or have which prereqs is/are necessary to apply this patch ?
