How to customize processing of element Run Type

in Payroll and OTL - EBS (MOSC) 2 commentsAnswered

I have a customer who has somehow customized how a deduction is handled that should be controlled by the Run Type on the deduction form.

Customer set up a 403b deduction and selected "Regular" as the run type. The expected behavior of this is the deduction will not come out of supplemental earnings.

However, this element does deduction from supplemental earnings IF the element input value named "Percentage" is entered. If the element input value name "Amount" is entered it does not deduction.

There is no reference in the Fast Formula to the Run Type or Earnings Classification in the Fast Formula.
