BIL Rows with "i" GL_DISTRIB_STATUS and BI_DISTRIB_STATUS

Hi,

I've encountered some BIL rows with 'i' GL_DISTRIB_STATUS and BI_DISTRIB_STATUS, so these rows are currently stuck and not able to send to GL and BI. The customer contract is still active. Does anyone have any insight on what has caused this and how to fix this issue? Thank you so much!
