RPLBLD JOB long run issue - Oracle RMS

RMS - 13.0.2

We are facing the issues on RPLBLD job it is running very long when the count increases more than 600k. Can we increase the Thread count in restart_control table to improve the performance? Currently it is running with 4 threads, can we increase the thread count to 8?
