Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I have a group of employees who their box 1 is different from their box 16 I am not sure why? What can i do to determine why the boxes are different?
