Is anyone having issues with the W.B. Mason Punchout test acct?
This is happening in PeopleSoft 9.2 - We just moved to the cloud.
We are having trouble with one of our punchout supplier's test site only (W.B. Mason).
We can connect to the supplier's test account, but once there we cannot perform any searches nor select any items from a category hyperlink; the hyperlink opens and shows items, but when trying to select the items to add them to the cart nothing happens; eventually we get an error message from the site.
