Anyone use the "Load Project Funding" navigation?

(NOTE: We are on FSCM 9.2, PUM 49, PT8.60.10 and currently implementing.)

Our security team member gave me access to "Load Project Funding" and "Review Funding Details" navigation (under Project Costing >Third Party Integration). Component is PC_INTF_FUND. He informed me that the navigation was delivered as "hidden from portal" by Oracle.

When I run the PC_INTFFUND process via the "Load Project Funding" navigation, the process fails. I get the following SQL error with invalid column name:

File: C:\PT860P07B_2306280500-retail\peopletools\src\psappeng\aedebug.hSQL error. Stmt #: 1851 Error Position: 0 Return: 8601 - [Microsoft][ODBC Driver 17 for SQL Server][SQL Server]Invalid column name 'BUDGET_HDR_STATUS'.
