When using yum/dnf, getting curl SSL error when trying to connect to public Oracle repo

Getting the following error with yum/dnf. This is currently running OEL OL 8.1. Curl is 7.61.1-11. Thanks.

Loaded plugins: builddep, changelog, config-manager, copr, debug, debuginfo-install, download, generate_completion_cache, needs-restarting, playground, repoclosure, repodiff, repograph, repomanage, reposync, spacewalk

initialized Spacewalk plugin

This system is not registered with Unbreakable Linux Network or Spacewalk.

Unbreakable Linux Network or Spacewalk based repositories will be disabled.

DNF version: 4.2.7

cachedir: /var/cache/dnf
