System is configured with two types of projects capital and indirect projects facing an issue with

Requirement: The business wanted to use the Indirect project to capture their expenses in indirect projects.
In our project, we are using the Project costing module and created 2 types of projects
1. capital project - to track the asset cost
2. indirect project - to track the expenditure
as of now business has not used the indirect project, and now they have created a new project to track their expenditures which are not capitalized and they wanted to use P&L accounts with different GL accounts for these expenses.
we are unable to find where we can configure this so that they can use a new account for their expenses.
