Requisition Change Request - New Requisition Total is incorrect

Using EBS 12.2.9.

On a requisitions change order, the notification which has gone out to approvers contains the incorrect value for the 'New Requisition Total'.

The 'New Requisition Total' includes the new total plus latest Old Requisition Total.

The 'Old Requisition Total' is correct.

Example"

New requisition Total: 104,270.68

Old Requisition Total: 7,954.41

Requisition Line 1: changed from 2651.47 to 24,545.8

Requisition Line 2: changed from 2651.47 to 24,545.8

Requisition Line 3: changed from 2651.47 to 47,379.11

New Requisition Total is 96,470.71

Old Requisition Total is 7,954.41

As you can see 96,470.71 + 7,954.41 = 104,425.12, which is the amount showing (incorrectly) in the Notification header. It should be 96,470.71.

I can see this hit on My Support, however the issue looks slightly different as it is the lines which are incorrect.
