Chart of Account Hierarchy Checks R12.2.5

Hello

We have Summary Roll Up Groups created with Grand Parent, Parent and Child Codes in Natural Chart of Account set ups, but the require Custom Reports does not show the correct results and throws the error of multi values.

How to check if the same does not overlap or conflict in the Grand Parent to Parent and Child in the Chart of account Hierarchy?

We tried running Chart of Account Detail and Range Listing Standard Reports, but it does not show the Grand Parent to Parent mapping correctly.
