ODA 19.21 STIG

ODA release 19.21

The 19.21 Security Guide states that "STIG support was available in earlier Oracle Database Appliance releases, but Oracle Database Appliance Release 19.21 does not support STIG." Does this mean that Oracle won't support ODA that has been hardened using STIG, or is it that the dev team won't release the stig.pl script for OL 8?
