MFA or 2FA in Oracle 19c

We are running Oracle 19.17 on ODA X9-2.

Does anyone have experience implementing two-factor or multi-factor authentication for users? We ideally would like to implement MFA for administrators.

My understanding is that the Oracle does not support it natively, and the articles I found on the web describe a long and winding process.
