Trying to install ovirt-engine but getting a slf4j-jdk14 error.

Trying to install ovirt-engine on a min OEL 8.9 server. Basically following the installation guide but are getting the slf4j-jdk14 errors. I can see the slf4j-jdk14 packages in OEL8 appstream repo but are getting "filtered out" messages. Tried both --skip-broken and --nobest options but both are not working. With --skip-broken, it said completed but nothing installed, and --nobest got the same "filtered out" messages. Any idea? Here are the outputs. Thanks.

dnf install ovirt-engine

Problem: package ovirt-engine-4.5.4-1.0.27.el8.noarch from ovirt-4.5 requires slf4j-jdk14 >= 1.7.0, but none of the providers can be installed
