Unit Selling Price is not calculating correctly

We use oracle ebs 12.1.3 and our orders team is stating that one of their orders is not pricing correctly. It is priced lower than what the customer PO is priced at. I checked the discount package Souring_API_PUB and it does calculate the correct discount based on the MSRP price but when the order is priced, the amount is about $100 less than what is expected. What can be causing it?
