How to enable Line Managers to see Subordinates Contact Information in Self Service

Hello everyone

I hope you can help me with this or point me to the right direction

We have a requirement to enable Line Managers to see Subordinates Contact Information including family and emergency contacts in Self Service

Oracle Applications : 12.2.4

Any support would be greatly appreciated!
