Is Oracle linux Manager is free?

Currently we are using Oracle Linux 7, & 8 versions with active CSI and patching we are doing manually each server. we are planning to install oracle Linux manager to manage all the server (around 300 servers). my question is Oracle Linux Manager is free or different subscription or CSI is required only to Oracle Linux Manager???

also please provide any installation and configuration docs for Oracle Linux Manager.
