Oracle Enterprise Manager monitoring templates

OEL7, EMCC V13.5 RU14+ and RDBMS 11g-19c

WRT monitoring templates:

from the 'Targets' -> 'All Targets' listing I can see target types of

'Management_Servers', example name 'Management Servers'

'Middleware and Database Cloud', example name 'Middleware and Database Cloud'

'OMS and Repository', example name 'Management Server and Respository'

'OMS Console', example name '<FQDN>:<#>_Management_Service_CONSOLE'

'OMS Platform', example name '<FQDN>:<#>_Management_Service_PBS'

..and from their respective home pages I go to 'Monitoring' -> 'Metric and Collection Settings' to modify them but no where can I save them as a template or export as xml.

likewise, from 'Enterprise' -> 'Monitoring' -> 'Monitoring Templates', there are no templates for these target types.
