W-2c Box 15 corrections

PeopleSoft v. 9.2, PT 8.59.22, Tax Update 24-A, PUM 47

Hello, I may need to open a service request for this question but I thought I'd try the community page first.

I am attempting to process a W-2c for 2023 to correct a Employer's State ID number for Iowa but when I search for box 15B, it's not there to select. I verified it's there in the Tax Form Print Parameters for form W-2c for 01/01/2023. Does anyone know why the State ID can't be corrected? Thank you.
