Strange Setup for One Employee's ACA 1095
We are on 12.2.12 RUP 17 EBS
We have an employee that went from full time (January 2023 to June 23, 2023) to variable hourly (June 24, 2023 to December 31, 2023). This person did not have any break in service and also always had the offer of coverage for the entire year. Her ACA flag is marked for the entire year.
Her 1095c shows 1A from Jan to May and then 1B for June and then 1H for the rest of the year. It really should show 1A for the year. Her situation is quite different than most. She was offered coverage for the whole year. She elected to go into a plan that we do not even have in our system as of yet. All of this enrollment has been done manually by our HR staff.
