Unifier UDR for Proxy users and their actions

Hello Unifier Community,

We are trying to create a UDR in Unifier for all Users and their proxies and what actions they have taken as proxy with date and time stamp.

Below is what we are trying to get in the UDR as columns.

1. User

2. Proxy (List all Proxies if more than one exists)

3. Date Valid from

4. Date Valid to

5. Actions taken by proxy user with data and time stamp including Shell/Project details

Can you pls let us whether this is possible or how to get this UDR done in Unifier ?

Columns 1 to 4 can be found from proxy history from user tab but we can't find a way to bring column 5.
