Pushback skips the Buyer(requester on PO_AW record) on PO approval workflow.

FSCM 9.2 PUM 27, Tools 8.55

We are having following PO approval workflow setup.

  1. 1st level approver(creates a PO)
  2. 2nd level approver(Buyer)
  3. 3rd Level approver(AP)
  4. 4th Level approver(Dept. Approver)

In normal approval, we don't see any issues and every one is able to approve the PO. But when AP(3rd level) pushback the PO it is skipping the Buyer(2nd level) and goes back to 1st level approver. It shows following message on workflow.

Requester (Buyer) is approver on step number 2, path 1, stage 10, which has self-approval disabled! (18081,1031)
