Improve the deployment of functional setups and configuration

We are trying to improve the deployment of functional setups and configuration used in Oracle Application in various modules that we use at Herbalife. So we need your suggestion.

# At present we use the ConfigSnapshot (CSS) by Rookery Software, and Data Loader for all the Oracle configuration and data loads, that is to move configuration/data loads from one environment to another. Can you please suggest are there any Oracle Tools that can help to fast-track all the configurations and data loads.

# Are there any script ways to get the deployments done for configuration. For example: AP Tax Codes setup.
