Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. While making RTV Entry, following error was coming

You cannot receive against a BLANKET purchase order

Cause:        You submitted a receiving transaction that corresponds to a purchase order type against which you cannot receive.  

Action:         If your transaction was created by a Re
Concurrent program RVCTP returned error
