Where to get the Oracle Application Express version 4.2.5 full version software

Hello Team,

we are upgrading our EBS database from version 11.1.0.7 to 12.1.0.2. As the part of upgrade pre-requisite we need to upgrade the APEX version 3.0.1.00.12 to Apex version 4.2.5. But I am unable to get the Apex version 4.2.5 from oracle site. On oracle site the lowest version is available 19.1 that is supported with 11.2.0.4 DB.

Kindly provide the link to download apex 4.2.5 full version or suggest the version to upgrade for DB version 11.1.0.7.
