How the average cost calculates for LCM enabled org R12.

After Po Receipt and the cost 118.11479, there is sales order issue out happens, whatever the 123.06173 cost is included fright charges and it is unit landed cost, wanted to know how the below average cost are coming (118.20017,118.20022 etc) how it will update.
