Oracle Configuration Manager options for 19C on Windows 2016

Hi,

We're using Oracle Database 19c on Windows Server 2016. At the time we upgraded to that (Nov 2020) we found that the version of Oracle Configuration Manager that appeared to be appropriate to use had a defect, which is identified by Oracle as 28948486, which prevented proper collection of data to send to the Oracle mothership. That bug has remained open for the years since, until just now when its status was changed to "83 - Closed, Product/Platform Obsolete".


So is there some other version/release of OCM that we are supposed to use with Database 19c on Windows Server 2016? How would I find it?
