Is there some main causes when the taxes will not calculate in payroll in JDE 9.2

JDE 9.2 for Canadian Payroll, having a problem in just one environment, seems fine in all the others, but it is not calculating any tax, not CPP or EI or the added CPP? Just comes up as blank, even though there is history and the paystub in the interim shows the YTD values? Working fine in DV and PD but not PY. Nothing that we are aware of changed, did apply the JN20740 ESU to get the Enhanced CPP but it is in all environments now. Not getting the usual connection issue, so a little stumped on why it would
