Who can I change the Location Name in the Project Template?

Hello Everyone,

Good day!

I'm new to using EBS. I need to update the location code in the project template, as currently, 407 has been tagged in different locations, and I need to update it to the correct location. Could you please assist me in finding where I can update this in EBS?
