After Print interim check record of the check disappears

When we created an interim check for an employee after printing it, I return to view the record and it is gone, there is no record of a check being issued and no record of a check waiting to be issued, everything is gone. This happened once in November 23 and again in February 24. The checks were for 2 different employees. Other than these 2 occasions interims seem to work just fine. I am wondering if anyone else has experienced that or has any idea what we might be doing to cause it.
