Version : 19.0.0

Question: The opatchauto fails during shutting down oracle HAS on our oracle restart system as Stop of 'ora.ons' fails.

CRS-2675: Stop of 'ora.ons' on 'ah5server' failed.

Is ora.ons need to be enabled in HAS? Can we disable this ora.ons so it wont interfere with HAS bounce? How?
