enabled to start the Essbase server after reconfigure the SSL enabled Oracle database for

EPM 11.2.14, Oracle db 19, OS linux 7.9

After we reconfigured the EPM 11.2.14 to advanced Oracle database using SSL enabled database connection we are not able to start the Essbase server. All other services are running except Essbase. I am getting following error in leasemanager_essbase_xxx.log. Essabase is in cluster. Any help is really appreciated
