Getting the following interface error when loading service contract:OKS_IMP_LIN_INVALID_ITEM

Oracle Applications : 12.2.12.


Hello,

We are trying to import service contracts through excel sheets using interface table.

When we have already loaded the data to the interface table, we are having errors in the table :OKS_IMP_ERRORS


The error is : OKS_IMP_LIN_INVALID_ITEM


But when we are checking in the system, we can see that the item does exist and it is well assigned to the correct organization and also to the pricelist.


Can anyone please advise me on this?
