How to make an S Curve in the Cloud

in CRM On Demand - Reports and Dashboards (MOSC) Question

I have been trying to figure out how to make an S Curve with the Cloud and I can not figure it out. I have found "instructions" on how to, but it doesn't make sense. Some of the directions are telling me to click on links that are not there.
