Forms 12c, 12.2.1.19.0, Error frm-93652 when executing a LOV.

When migrating a form in 6i to 12c everything works correctly, but when executing the key-listval trigger to display a list of value the program stops with the error frm=93652 "The runtime process has terminated abnormally". Should something be changed for it to work correctly in 12c?
