how do I configure outbound oauth2 using oswm?

Oracle SOA Suite 12.2.1.4.

I'm trying to attach and configure a owsm police oauth2 to a biz service. But it's not clear to me how to do it. It works perfectly fine when I use POSTMAN to authenticate against the token provider and use the token in subsequent api calls to the resource.

But it's confusing where I should set the client_id, Resource, Grant_type (Client Credentials), Access Token URL in the various properties/fields in the owsm policy. The official documenation does not provide much detail or examples.
