Upload BULK Rates under Rate Unit Break

Hello,

Can someone assist or send guidelines on how I can upload bulk Rates in the system using a .csv file or template.

I need to upload rates specific to every kilo however I can do it manually but it will take time to complete since I have a lot of data to be update.

If you need additional information do let me know.
