DCS-10135 after re-image

ODA X8-2ha patching from 19.20 to 19.21. Finally got the ISO image to be recognized as a CD, and got both nodes reimaged and up and running Linux 8.8. Next step is odacli update-repository -f /.../oda-sm-19.21.0.0.0-231220-server.zip.

I get DCS-10135: DCS infrastructure is not provisioned

On first boot after re-image and plumb the server name was changed to oak0 and oak1 and the root password was reset to default. Also user oracle is gone as are the mounted devices.

Did I miss a step?
