New KM Document Explains How to Set the Language and Territory Parameters for an Oracle Database

By default, the Oracle Database National Language Support (NLS) settings are based on the Java locale, based on the operating system locale.

These settings can be overridden at server level, database connection level or even at Data Model level. This new document explains the steps to set the language and territory parameters on an Oracle database.
