Database Install/Upgrade/Opatch (MOSC)

opatch Oracle Database client 19c18 34765931 : OUI-67073:UtilSession failed: null

Hi,

I've got the following error when applying the patch 34765931 (19.18c) : p34765931_190000_Linux-x86-64 on Oracle Client Database 19.3 without any clear details.

Do you have any clue to provide on what's going wrong pls?
