Why the Assets Workbench can work differently for the same responsibility and different user?

Fixed Assets

Responsibility: Customized FA Super User

Users: Different users using the same responsibility

Facts:

User 1: When working with the Assets Workbench, can see lines with NEW status

User 2: When working with the Assets Workbench, cannot see lines with NEW status

Reviwed typical profile options and nothing wrong.

Any ideas?
