What needs to be setup in order to see the Manage Human Resources tile for Fluid Job Data?

We are on PS 9.2, PUM 45, PT 8.56.25 and Tax Update 23D

We are in the process of setting up and testing Fluid Job Data to implement in our production system. I have assigned the required security roles, and every other role mentioned, per all the documentation I have read, to include HR Administrator Fluid role, HR Admin Approver Fluid, HR Admin Correction Apvr Fluid, and Job Data AG Administrator. I have also updated the Job Data Installation table to check the Fluid Job Data box as well as all other boxes as suggested.

I am still not able to see the new delivered Manager Human Resources fluid dashboard with the new Manage Job, HR Administration and Manage Configurations tiles.
