ORA-28374 when creating encrypted Tablespace.

Hi there,


We are running Oracle 19.17 on Rhel8.



I was able to create a wallet. successfully. v$encryption_wallet seems to be correct. See attached file.


There however seems to be some missmatch though cos I get ORA-28374 when I try to encrypt a tablespace or create a new encrypted tablespace.

The output of v$encryption_wallet is attached.


Any advice will be appreciated.
